Baby “B” is on his way…

November 14th, 2009

And I’m off to a shower tomorrow to celebrate!!  Now I’m apologising in advance for the retired product I’m about to show you but I just couldn’t help myself.  I *needed* to use the stripedy paper and the Blue Bayou and the Soft Sky.  I miss them.  They were some of my favourite colours!!  Anyway, onto the project.  I had bought her some bits and pieces and wanted a “nice” way to package them.  I’m on a bag run at the moment (running a container class next week & the week after) I’ll show you some more in the next week.  I must thank Miss Megan for reminding me just how nice a decorated bag is!!

So the bag, and the card.  Right – here it is:

Just the bag:

Bit of detail:

And the back of the bag and the card:

And then just the card:

Hope you like it.  I’m happy with the simplicity of it.

The details:
Stamps: Nursery Necessities
Ink: Blue Bayou, Soft Sky, Old Olive
Card stock: Soft Sky, Blue Bayou,  Whisper White
Other: Paper snips, Chunky Glitter, Tombow Multi, Blue Bayou & Soft Sky ribbon, SU Button, Star Punches, Scallop punch & Retired DSP.

I’m hoping to get some more cards and things posted soon.  I’ve been so busy lately that some days I don’t know if I am coming or going!!  LOL!!  I must also thank all those that sent birthday wishes to my dear Lara May.  We had a wonderful celebration!!

Until next time,
Happy Stamping Friends!!
Mad
