In the spotlight at midnight
Well it was nearly midnight when I finished this card and I did use In the Spotlight hostess stamps again!! LOL. I have been suffering (and Mark even more so with my whinging!) with Vertigo for the last week and finally went to the Doctor who gave me some nice drugs to help with the dizziness and nausea. Both Doctor and nice pharmacy man were insistent drugs could cause drowsiness. So being the responsible adult that I am, I took them just before bed. Did they cause drowsiness? NO. Within a half hour of taking them I reckon I could have done an hour on the Wii Fit. Due to the hour of the evening however, I decided I could just whip up this card that’s been floating in my head!
The cards I made the other day in this post weren’t quite the colours of the linen that inspired them so I wanted to have another go with different colours. I used Chocolate Chip Ribbon, Soft Sky and Bravo Burgundy Ink & Cardstock along with Whisper White. I probably should have gotten out the Stamp a ma jig to ensure the “viney” bits were straight but that seemed like too much hard work!! LOL. I’ve also never done a window card like this before. I think I need some more practice! he he he
Anyway, I hope you like it, even though I’m ambivalent!
