Love Notes are the go this week…

I’m loving the versatility and ease of creating 3×3 inch cards and boxes at the moment.  For the workshop that I did this week (Hi Linda & all who came!) I made a couple of different designs.  One set was my Lucky Door Prize gift and the other was for my hostess as an extra special thank you for having me.

First up the door prize:

This is a pull-treat pouch/holder thingy.  Very technical term there.  I’ve used Garden Whimsy with Night of Navy & Old Olive.  The scallops on the Olive are done using the corner rounder.  I’ve also used the two biggest circle punches and the large oval punch as well.

Next was the box that housed the 3×3″ cards and the cards themselves.  I’ve stuck with the Old Olive, Night of Navy and Garden Whimsy theme.  I was loving the end result of these little fellas.  They were too cute in real life.  The colours were lovely and fresh and I hope they brightened the day of the winner of them!!

For Linda’s thank you I did a double pocket pouch bag and more 3×3″ cards using the Spring Silhouette Designer Series Papers and the Circle of Friendship Stamp Set that is on special this month in the E-scape bundle.

They were quite quick and easy to whip up with matching envelopes using the Love Notes cards and envelopes from the E-scape bundle.

I’ve been busy which is why my posting has been a little on the slow side.  I’ve some other cute projects I’ve been working on using the Designer Series Papers to share with you over the coming week.  I’ve also got some pictures of a cute little ATC I made for a swap last week.  I’ll try to get back to update in the next day or so.  Damn that life gets in the way of creating!!

Until Next time,
Happy Stamping!
