Oh my!! Did you all see the colours the girls over at Just Add Ink have come up with for the challenge this week?? Oh my!!!
This morning a friend and I got stuck into some of the new SU! products coming out in the Autumn/Winter Mini catalogue and this is my entry to Just Add Ink Challenge #7:
It’s a bit of sneaky peak at one of the sets and an accessory that will be available to purchase come 1 April.

My Fabulous Team!!
What a magnificent time I had over the weekend with my Fabulous Team!!! I has the bestest time with them all and inspiration was flowing freely around!! It was wonderful spending time with my “old” friends and making new ones of the team members I hadn’t met before! We laughed, stamped, shared meals and had a wonderful weekend. Thank you girls for making it great!! Can’t wait for Mad Inkstincts Team Retreat 2011!!
Here we all are out the front of our “party house”. It had stopped raining and was “clear” (insert sarcasm). LOL
I was so proud of all the girls who participated in all the challenges that were set even if they did find them….ummm….challenging!! LOL

I can’t show you some of the other photos taken because what happened on Retreat is to stay on retreat!!! LOL. But I had the best time & it’s all thanks to the wonderful, talented & special girls that I have in my team!! Thank you Darlings!!!

RETREAT!
I’ve been a bit absent this last couple of weeks getting myself ready for my first ever (not last!!) Team Retreat! There are 11 of us heading up to a beautiful big house at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast to stamp and eat and possibly consume alcohol (ummm actually pretty sure I will be doing this one!), laugh and stamp some more and generally have a great time! Jealous? Oooh YOU could come with us next year!! Yep. You just need to join my team!! 
Anyway, Retreat starts tomorrow. I’ve been busily preparing some little surprises for the girls. Can’t really show too much here because one never knows if there will be spies lurking on the internets & I want to have some surprises!!
Just a little sneaky peak of the little bag I made up with a couple of things inside.
The tags were computer generated. My team is called “Mad Inkstincts”.
I’ll post back early next week to let you all know how we went and maybe, just maybe share some pics!!

Because Nice Matters
You know…I LOVE this sentiment! Nice DOES matter. These days it’s very easy to get caught up in your own life and forget to say thank you or to acknowledge others. I *try* real hard to be a nice person {note emphasis on try, sometimes I fail! LOL}.
I was blessed to have many willing helpers for my Cards for a Cause fundraiser. I wanted to say thank you and let each and every person who contributed know just how much that meant to me. I made them a card and then made up triangle boxes from a half sheet of cardstock. Inside was a packet of conversation hearts. I wanted them to know they are loved and appreciated!! (awww, sweet aren’t I?? teehee).
I tried to remember all that contributed to the day. If I didn’t get you all, i’m sorry!! I cannot begin to thank you enough for all that you did to help me reach my goals. We raised $3100 for Xavier and I couldn’t be happier with that result! I also know I could not have done it without the help of my friends!!
